Du kan godt gl\u00e6de dig, du vil blive overrasket over hvor m\u00e6t du bliver og hvor lidt du kommer til at t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 mad. Tre m\u00e5ltider om dagen, ingen snacks mellem m\u00e5ltiderne, simpelhent fordi du ikke har lyst, ikke t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 det og ikke er l\u00e6kkersulten. Lyder det for godt til at v\u00e6re sandt ? Det er det ikke. Det er den barske virkelighed &lt;3<\/p>\n<p>Din krop vil reagere p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de som kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6r at forst\u00e5, og det er vigtigt at du l\u00e6ser med her i dette afsnit, da du ellers kan forvirres til at tro at livsstilen ikke er noget for dig. Tro mig, jeg har selv v\u00e6ret der. Jeg gik oven i k\u00f8bet til l\u00e6gen \ud83d\ude00\u00a0\u00a0 Jaja, alt begyndelse er sv\u00e6r, og der vil ogs\u00e5 komme noget til dig. Det er umuligt for mig at vide hvordan lige DU reagerer, men f\u00f8lgende punkter er helt normale n\u00e5r man skifter &#8220;motor&#8221; fra kulhydrater til fedt;<\/p>\n<p>Tunge ben\/syre i benene<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e6thed<\/p>\n<p>Hovedpine<\/p>\n<p>Svimmelhed<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f8rst<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e6rkelig smag i munden\/d\u00e5rlig \u00e5nde<\/p>\n<p>Forstoppelse \/ diarr\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Hjertebanken<\/p>\n<p>Alle de n\u00e6vnte ting fik jeg da jeg startede. Det var ogs\u00e5 en h\u00e5rd nyser at g\u00e5 fra en kost fyldt med sukker til at tage en kold tyrker p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de. Men hold da op, det har v\u00e6ret det hele v\u00e6rd. Virkelig. Ikke fordi jeg skulle tabe mig, men for et bedre velv\u00e6re. Jeg tabte alligevel 12 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Overgangen og ovenst\u00e5ende virkninger\u00a0med din nye kost kan tage alt fra et par dage og op til et par uger. Det er ikke til at forudse. Hvis du er et par uger om det, s\u00e5 h\u00e5ber jeg at du vil forts\u00e6tte yderligere et par uger p\u00e5 denne kostplan vi laver nu. Du m\u00e5 ikke give op.<\/p>\n<p>Det kan v\u00e6re en fordel at du starter med at veje dig, men is\u00e6r ogs\u00e5 at m\u00e5le dig med et m\u00e5leb\u00e5nd. For n\u00e5r v\u00e6gten ikke flytter sig s\u00e5 kan du v\u00e6re helt sikker p\u00e5 at cencimeterne g\u00f8r det.\u00a0 Hvis du v\u00e6lger at v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 denne kostoml\u00e6ngning men ikke vil tabe dig skal du huske at snacke lidt, men det kommer vi tilbage til.<\/p>\n<p>Det er altid vigtigt at lytte til sin krop og reagere p\u00e5 dine ting den fort\u00e6ller dig, men lige her hvor du skifter motor, er du n\u00f8dt til at overh\u00f8re de forskellige lyde den kommer med.
