De f\u00f8rste tre uger starter i morgen, og s\u00e5 bliver det sp\u00e6ndende om du synes det er det v\u00e6rste at skulle undv\u00e6re br\u00f8d, pasta, ris og kartofler eller om du bliver overrasket over hvor &#8220;nemt&#8221; det er\u00a0og hvor godt du f\u00e5r det. Jeg f\u00f8lger med her p\u00e5 sidelinjen, og er klar til sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og hvad der ellers m\u00e5tte komme. Det er okay at skrive mails til mig, men det vil v\u00e6re endnu bedre at g\u00f8re det synligt her p\u00e5 bloggen s\u00e5 andre ogs\u00e5 kan f\u00e5 gavn af svar og sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Det er m\u00e5ske ogs\u00e5 lidt misvisende at sige vi starter i morgen, for i virkeligheden kan du jo starte n\u00e5r som helst. Madplanen for tre uger ligger til fri afbenyttelse og om du starter i morgen eller om en m\u00e5ned er op til dig.<\/p>\n<p>Hvad har du gjort dig af overvejelser ? Har du nogen at &#8220;f\u00f8lges med &#8220;? Ellers s\u00e5 bruger du bare mig, jeg sidder her for det samme. Jeg ved hvor godt det har gjort mig, og \u00f8nsker bare at du ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5r det godt.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nk p\u00e5 din krop som om det er en bil der f\u00e5r skiftet motor, nu g\u00e5r du fra benzin til el. Og hvor du f\u00f8r k\u00f8rte p\u00e5 kulhydrater\/sukker som din energikilde skal du nu k\u00f8re p\u00e5 fedt. Men den fedt du spiser, den s\u00e6tter sig ikke som fedt p\u00e5 din krop og i dine blodbaner, du bruger den i stedet for som energi.<\/p>\n<p>Selvf\u00f8lgelig f\u00e5r du stadigv\u00e6k kulhydrater, men nu kommer de fra gr\u00f8ntsager, og gr\u00f8ntsager skal du spise massevis af ! Du kan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">aldrig spise for mange gr\u00f8ntsager<\/span>, det skal du huske ! Men sammen med dine gr\u00f8ntsager skal du spise en l\u00e6kker dip, en god fed sovs eller en hjemmelavet pesto. Whats not to like ? Alle gr\u00f8ntsager kan spises, ogs\u00e5 dem som du f\u00f8r gik udenom, for n\u00e5r du laver den rigtige sovs til s\u00e5 smager det bare godt.<\/p>\n<p>Gl\u00e6d dig til et stabilt blodsukker. Det kan ikke siges for tit. F\u00f8lelsen af ro i kroppen er overhovedet ikke overvurderet, det er den sk\u00f8nnest ro, og du har ikke l\u00e6ngere denne her f\u00f8lelse af at &#8220;spis eller d\u00f8&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Har du overvejet at smide din badev\u00e6gt ud ? Har du overvejet bare at fokusere p\u00e5 hvordan du har det, indeni ? V\u00e6gten skal nok f\u00f8lge med, men det vigtigste er dit velbefindende. Husk at l\u00e6gge m\u00e6rke til hvordan du har det i kroppen. V\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 din \u00e6ndrede adf\u00e6rd n\u00e5r du er i gang med dit daglige indk\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<p>Husk at m\u00e5le dig selv, for n\u00e5r badev\u00e6gten st\u00e5r stille (hvis ikke du har smidt den ud-hurra!) s\u00e5 ryger der sikkert cm.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du bliver sm\u00e5sulten imellem m\u00e5ltiderne s\u00e5 lyt til din krop. Fik du fedt nok ved sidste m\u00e5ltid ? Det er ikke farligt at v\u00e6re sulten, men du skal naturligvis ikke g\u00e5 rundt og v\u00e6re d\u00e5rligt tilpas. Snup dig en h\u00e5ndfuld mandler, eller et par humbler ost, eller er du mere til en skive skinke med ost\/avokado ? Bare s\u00f8rg for at det er rigtig mad du spiser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIGITGT<\/strong>\u00a0 husk <strong>VAND<\/strong> 1\u00bd-2 liter om dagen,(fyld evt. flasker op s\u00e5 du kan holde \u00f8je med dit v\u00e6skeindtag),\u00a0<strong>SALT<\/strong> din mad mere end du plejer for n\u00e5r du slipper kulhydrater mister du v\u00e6ske og det kan give hovedpine, svimmlhed og \u00f8get appetit. <strong>FEDT<\/strong> fra de rigtige fedtkilder som sm\u00f8r, kokosolie, olivenolie. Hvis du f\u00e5r for lidt fedt mangler du energi og du bliver sulten. Dette kan v\u00e6re en god rettesnor for om du spiser som du skal. Hvis du har f\u00e5et det fedt du skal til et m\u00e5ltid vil du som regel v\u00e6re m\u00e6t i 4-6 timer.\u00a0 YESS \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Lad v\u00e6re med at fylde dig selv med sukker i dag bare fordi du t\u00e6nker at du nu skal leve uden de n\u00e6ste tre uge. Lev som du plejer.
