Godt g\u00e5et ! Hvad synes du har v\u00e6ret det sv\u00e6reste ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At undv\u00e6re br\u00f8d ?<\/li>\n<li>At skrue op for fedt ?<\/li>\n<li>At undv\u00e6re slik ?<\/li>\n<li>Hvad er din st\u00f8rste udfordring ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For mig var det mega sv\u00e6rt at skrue op for fedt. Jeg synes at det var S\u00c5 klamt. Jeg skruede langsomt op, over en l\u00e6ngere periode. Jeg kan kun sige at det er rigtigt at man f\u00e5r det bedre og f\u00e5r mere energi. Pr\u00f8v det. Steg din mad i godt med sm\u00f8r eller kokosolie, brug oliedressing p\u00e5 dine salater, og lav nogen dejlige dip\u00b4s til gr\u00f8ntsagsst\u00e6nger. Du kan ogs\u00e5 bruge en tsk. kokosolie i din kaffe\/te om morgenen, det giver en l\u00e6ngere m\u00e6thed<\/p>\n<p>Det var ogs\u00e5 sv\u00e6rt at undv\u00e6re br\u00f8d og jeg har n\u00e6rmest bagt mig fattig i et fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at finde en passende erstatning. Men br\u00f8d kan ikke erstattes. Det m\u00e5 vi bare indse. Og p\u00e5 en hardcore LCHF s\u00e5 spiser vi slet ikke br\u00f8derstatninger.\u00a0Vi kan finde noget andet at spise, som ogs\u00e5 smager godt, men vi f\u00e5r aldrig br\u00f8dets spr\u00f8dhed, ikke p\u00e5 LCHF. Det er i hvert fald endnu ikke lykkes mig. Til geng\u00e6ld har jeg l\u00e6rt at leve fint uden og jeg savner ikke l\u00e6ngere br\u00f8d. Jeg kan godt g\u00e5 forbi en bager uden at f\u00e5 t\u00e5rer i \u00f8jnene \ud83d\ude09 Jeg synes at en crossaint og en tebirkes ville v\u00e6re p\u00e5 sin plads s\u00f8ndag morgen, men det kommer bare ikke til at ske. Hvis jeg g\u00f8r det, s\u00e5 koster det mig 3-5 dage i fosterstilling p\u00e5 sofaen, og det er det bare ikke v\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg har ikke haft problemer med at undv\u00e6re vingummi osv. men det har aldrig kaldt p\u00e5 mig. Men chips ! det har jeg sv\u00e6rt ved at undv\u00e6re og holde nallerne fra. Jeg kan godt tage en aften hvor jeg siger OK nu k\u00f8ber du den pose osterejer og f\u00e5r det overst\u00e5et, for s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jeg ro igen. Men der g\u00e5r l\u00e6ngere og l\u00e6ngere tid imellem. Heldigvis.<\/p>\n<p>Har du pr\u00f8vet at lave \u00e6g-latt\u00e9 ? Der er flere der synes godt om den som erstatning for morgenmad. Jeg synes ikke den m\u00e6tter mig l\u00e6nge nok. Men smagen er fin. Jeg skal have kn\u00e6kbr\u00f8d med et tykt lag sm\u00f8r og en god tyk skive ost til og m\u00e5ske et bl\u00f8dkogt \u00e6g, for at holde mig m\u00e6t i 5-6 timer. \u00c6g-latt\u00e9 best\u00e5r af st\u00e6rk kaffe, r\u00e5 \u00e6g, vand, kanel,\u00a0vaniljepulver og kokosolie\/sm\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tillykke med din f\u00f8rste uge. Hvis du synes det har v\u00e6ret nemt, s\u00e5 gl\u00e6d dig til de n\u00e6ste to uger. Og lad v\u00e6re med at falde i f\u00e6lden og t\u00e6nke at du lige kan snuppe dig en pose Matadormix fordi du bare kan starte forfra i morgen.
