Dem vi bruger mest er blomk\u00e5l og broccoli, samt squash. Alle tre er ting der er h\u00f8je p\u00e5 FODMAP, s\u00e5 jeg spiser dem i begr\u00e6nset omfang, da maven ellers bliver temmelig umedg\u00f8rlig.<\/p>\n<p>Kylling i karry er en klassiker som vi alle kan lide, og den er nem at lave med en h\u00f8jere fedtprocent. Hvis du \u00f8nsker den med lav fedt procent s\u00e5 bytter du bare fl\u00f8de og Philadelphia ud med cremefine. Men det andet smager af meget mere, hvis du sp\u00f8rger mig \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>D skal bruge, til 6-8 pers.\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>800 gr. kylling i tern (jeg koger dem i 5-10 min. til de ikke l\u00e6ngere er r\u00e5)<\/p>\n<p>200 gr. philadelphia<\/p>\n<p>6-7 dl. piskefl\u00f8de<\/p>\n<p>200 gr. sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n<p>4-6 store spsk. karry<\/p>\n<p>1 blomk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>1 broccoli<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Smelt sm\u00f8rret i en tykbundet gryde.<\/p>\n<p>Kom din karry i og lad det svitse og tage smag (det m\u00e5 ikke br\u00e6nde p\u00e5 !)<\/p>\n<p>Tils\u00e6t fl\u00f8den og lad den langsomt koge op.<\/p>\n<p>Tils\u00e6t Philadelphia og fjern gryden fra varmen n\u00e5r\u00a0sovsen har f\u00e5et den tykkelse du \u00f8nsker.<\/p>\n<p>IMENS sovsen st\u00e5r og bliver tykkere skal du rive blomk\u00e5l og broccoli p\u00e5 den fine side af rivejernet. Bland det sammen og h\u00e6ld kogende vand over, ganske kort ! H\u00e6ld vandet\u00a0fra, og\u00a0server straks.<\/p>\n<p>Serv\u00e9r evt. salat til med en god dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Velbekommen<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At v\u00e6re p\u00e5 skiferie i \u00d8strig kan have sine udfordringer, men det er ikke umuligt at tr\u00e6ffe fornuftige valg. De fleste steder er det muligt at v\u00e6lge salat med kylling, og der er ogs\u00e5 flere gode supper at v\u00e6lge imellem. Man skal v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 at der er gluten i mange ting. Jeg er dog st\u00f8dt p\u00e5 flere spisesteder hvor der er allergiliste, og det g\u00f8r det meget nemmere og mere sikkert.<\/p>\n<p>Nu er vi ved at vende snuden hjemad.
