Her sidder jeg med en venstre arm der er ramt af tennisalbue, og h\u00f8jre h\u00e5nd med karpaltunnelsyndrom. Det g\u00f8r alts\u00e5 ikke noget godt for madlavningen, skulle jeg hilse at sige. Det g\u00f8r nas bare jeg l\u00f8fter p\u00e5 min kaffekop.<\/p>\n<p>Karpaltunnelsyndrom har jeg f\u00e5et konstateret for fem \u00e5r siden, men jeg har valgt operation fra, fordi jeg ikke synes at jeg var s\u00e5 plaget af det, som mange af dem jeg kender. Jeg har sovet fint om natten og har kunne komme godt igennem dagen ved bare at ryste p\u00e5 h\u00e5nden og massere ved h\u00e5ndroden. But not anymore, \u00a0i\u00b4m not ! Nu v\u00e5gner jeg flere gange om natten fordi min h\u00e5nd g\u00f8r ondt og det hj\u00e6lper ikke at ryste den eller massere. \u00d8v alts\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nker at min tennisalbue er kommet af at aflaste min h\u00f8jre h\u00e5nd. Now what to do ?<\/p>\n<p>Jeg har sagt ja til operation nu, og h\u00e5ber jeg kan f\u00e5 min henvisning til Gentofte hospital. Efter s\u00e5dan en operation m\u00e5 jeg ikke bruge h\u00e5nden i et par uger. Det bliver lidt af en udfordring \ud83d\ude09 Men trods alt bedre end ikke at kunne bruge begge arme\/h\u00e6nder.<\/p>\n<p>I g\u00e5r fejrede vi min s\u00f8ns f\u00f8dselsdag. Jeg fik bagt en masse boller, med mel. M\u00fcsliboller med banan, gulerodsboller, og f\u00f8dselsdagsboller.\u00a0Jeg\u00a0tror at bollerne faldt i god jord, jeg fik i hvert fald ikke andet at vide.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg bagte ogs\u00e5 boller, som var glutenfri, men ikke low carb. Det var mest for min mands skyld da han savner den spr\u00f8de skorpe som er s\u00e5 sv\u00e6r, ja n\u00e6rmest umulig, at f\u00e5 n\u00e5r man bager uden mel p\u00e5 lchf. Jeg bagte fl\u00fcte, grovboller, lyse boller og muffins. De blev bagt p\u00e5 fuldkornsrismel, sorghum mel, fr\u00f8skaller og en hel masse andre sm\u00e5ting. Br\u00f8dene bliver super gode, og spr\u00f8de. Men det er stadigv\u00e6k ikke low carb, og det er hvad jeg foretr\u00e6kker.<\/p>\n<p>Til mig selv bagte jeg osteboller. Det blev faktisk ogs\u00e5 spr\u00f8de \ud83d\ude09 Min svigers\u00f8n spiste dem ogs\u00e5 og han synes de havde en god br\u00f8dkonsistens.\u00a0Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg bager dem, og s\u00e5 er de S\u00c5 nemme og hurtige at bage ! (jeg river selv osten)<\/p>\n<p>5 \u00e6g<\/p>\n<p>4 spsk. loppefr\u00f8skaller<\/p>\n<p>4 spsk. pofiber<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk. bagepulver<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk. sesamfr\u00f8<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk. solsikkekerner<\/p>\n<p>(hvis du \u00f8nsker boller som striks lchf skal du undlade fr\u00f8 og kerner)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nd din ovn p\u00e5 200 grader, varmluft.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk \u00e6ggene godt sammen og tils\u00e6t alle de \u00f8vrige dele. R\u00f8r det godt sammen. Nu har du en fast masse. G\u00f8r dine h\u00e6nder v\u00e5de og form til 6-10 boller, afh\u00e6ngig \u00a0af hvor store du \u00f8nsker dine boller. Placer dem p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir.<\/p>\n<p>Ind i ovnen i 20 minutter. Vupti og du har nogen nemme og hurtige osteboller som ikke smager af hverken ost eller \u00e6g.
