Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l som &#8220;hvorfor spiser du det n\u00e5r det er farligt&#8221; eller &#8220;er du ikke bange for at f\u00e5 et hjerteanfald&#8221; og &#8220;dit kolesteroltal m\u00e5 v\u00e6re t\u00e5rnh\u00f8jt&#8221; har jeg h\u00f8rt flere gange. Der findes jo virkelig mange flere sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og jeg forst\u00e5r det godt. Det er andeledes at udskifte sin kost\u00a0 s\u00e5 drastisk. Men HEY jeg har aldrig haft det bedre \ud83d\ude00\u00a0 Fedt er vigtigt for os. Os alle sammen ! Du skal naturligvis spise den rigtige form for fedt. Vi taler ikke om friturefedt, margarine og div. gr\u00f8ntsagsolier. Nope, vi har fokus p\u00e5 kokosolie, avocado olie, olivenolie og sm\u00f8r. Jep, you got that right !\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 LCHF spiser du :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gr\u00f8ntsager<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8d<\/li>\n<li>Fedt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mere enkelt kan det ikke skrives. S\u00e5 husk lige det der med punkt 1, ikk\u00b4;-) Og det spises i den n\u00e6vnte r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge, alts\u00e5 flest gr\u00f8ntsager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>4 1\/2 \u00e5r med low\u00a0 carb high fat !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det er fire et halvt \u00e5r siden, at jeg besluttede mig for at \u00e6ndre min kost. Det var sm\u00e5ting i starten, men noget som fyldte en hel del, og til tider gjorde mig noget frustreret. Jeg startede nemlig med at udskifte gluten. OH DEAR&#8230; Ja, det er faktisk en\u00a0 k\u00e6mpe omv\u00e6ltning, og noget\u00a0der tvinger dig til at t\u00e6nke i nye baner. Og det er h\u00e5rdt, og tidskr\u00e6vende. Jeg k\u00f8bte en del &#8220;f\u00e6rdig l\u00f8sninger&#8221; i starten,\u00a0du ved, glutenfri mel, glutenfri br\u00f8dblandinger, kager, frossen br\u00f8d\u00a0osv. Men \u00f8v b\u00f8v jeg havde forsat kvalme og ondt i maven, godt nok i mindre grad, men stadig. S\u00e5 var det at en kollega tippede mig om madbanditten <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(<a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madbanditten.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">find hende HER<\/a>)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>og \u00a0min madlavning fandt helt nye dimensioner. WOW effekten var stor ! Jeg kan godt sige dig at en hel ny verden \u00e5bnede sig og jeg fik travlt i k\u00f8kkenet. Jeg ville jo pr\u00f8ve alle opskrifterne, og hold op der er mange !!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 \u00e5r med endnu mere fokus p\u00e5 LCHF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det sidste \u00e5rs tid har jeg interesseret mig endnu mere for LCHF. Jeg lytter til mange podcast, og f\u00f8lger mange amerikanske bloggere der spiser som mig. Det er en, for mig, interessant verden, som hele tiden byder p\u00e5 nye opdagelser indenfor mad, og den m\u00e5de maden p\u00e5virker os p\u00e5. Jeg er 100% sikker p\u00e5, at alt hvad vi putter i munden har en virkning p\u00e5 alt hvad der sker i vores krop.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>REGEL NUMMER 1 ; Lyt altid til din krop ! <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Din krop fort\u00e6ller dig alt hvad der er v\u00e6rd at vide. Hvis alts\u00e5 du gider stoppe op og lytte.<\/p>\n<p>Den n\u00e6stkommende tid vil jeg blogge om hvad LCHF har gjort for mig og hvilke mennesker der inspirerer mig.
