Det er en skidt start p\u00e5 dagen at v\u00e5gne helt udmattet, for vores nattes\u00f8vn er s\u00e5 vigtig og sund for os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg har spekuleret over \u00e5rsagen til hvorfor, for normalvis sover jeg som en sten, medmindre jeg kort forinden har indtaget:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>kaffe<\/li><li>m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/li><li>r\u00f8dvin<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Eat better, sleep longer, love more<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 var det, at jeg kom i tanke om, at jeg kom sent hjem i g\u00e5r, og derfor f\u00f8rst spiste aftensmad omkring 20.30 hvilket er 2-2\u00bd time senere end hvad jeg foretr\u00e6kker. Og s\u00e5 t\u00e6nkte jeg,- aha ! Der har vi synderen. Jeg kan svagt mindes andre n\u00e6tter hvor jeg har oplevet det samme, s\u00e5 nu er sen spisning kommet med p\u00e5 listen over FY ting inden jeg skal sove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En anden ting som ogs\u00e5 er en stor forhindring for mig er mine tanker.Er der nogen af I andre der har pr\u00f8vet det ? Og stress ! Big time. Hvad forhindrer din nattes\u00f8vn i at blive god ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>i&#8217;m a daydreamer and a nightthinker<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er almindeligt kendt at koffein, kaffe, te, cola og energidrikke kan forhindre os i at sove om natten. Vores krop er lang tid om at udskille koffein, s\u00e5 det vil v\u00e6re optimalt hvis vi drikker sidste kop omkring klokken 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tobak er ogs\u00e5 en skidt ting (i det hele taget) blodtrykket stiger og dit hjerte p\u00e5virkes hvilket kan p\u00e5virke din nattes\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alkohol kan overraske mange, fordi vi synes at det er s\u00e5 nemt at falde i s\u00f8vn efter en glas r\u00f8dvin, men fakta er, at nattes\u00f8vnen afbrydes langt mere n\u00e5r vi har alkohol i blodet som kroppen skal rense. Vi f\u00e5r ikke den vigtige s\u00f8vnkvalitet d\u00e6kket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motion er godt og mangel p\u00e5 det kan ogs\u00e5 forstyrre vores nattes\u00f8vn. Forskning viser at det er endnu vigtigere for \u00e6ldre at motionere, men at det er godt for alle, og resultere som oftes i en god og sammenh\u00e6ngende nattes\u00f8vn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du vil l\u00e6se mere om s\u00f8vn og hvad der kan p\u00e5virke det s\u00e5 kig med hos Anette Harbeck.
