Selvf\u00f8lgelig smager den ikke som melversionen, men denne lasagne smager rigtig godt. Jeg har ladet mig inspirere af Martina Slajerova. Den har et kulhydrat indhold p\u00e5 omkring 16 gr. pr portion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herhjemme var alle tilfredse, og det er incl. Max som ellers er min mest kritiske s\u00f8n. Min k\u00e6re mand synes ogs\u00e5 godt om min low carb version, men synes vi skal fors\u00f8ge med flere krydderier, og evt. en gang hjemmelavet bechamel sauce, n\u00e6ste gang. Ja ja, det er sv\u00e6rt at ramme plet hos alle f\u00f8rste gang, men fadet blev t\u00f8mt og det tager jeg som et godt tegn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Butternut squash<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg har i denne opskrift udskiftet de traditionelle lasagneplader med tyndt sk\u00e5rne butternut squash. (med skr\u00e6l). Det fungerer ret godt! Jeg har brugt ricotta ost i stedet for bechamelsauce, og det synes jeg selv var godt, men Bo synes det gav en lidt grynet konsistens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Giv dig tid<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Du skal have god tid n\u00e5r du giver dig i kast med denne opskrift, i hvert fald hvis du skal lave det hele fra bunden, som jeg gjorde i torsdags. Hvis du vil hj\u00e6lpe dig selv lidt, s\u00e5 lav din tomatsauce\/marinade dagen f\u00f8r (eller k\u00f8b en f\u00e6rdiglavet), og sk\u00e6r pladerne af butternut squash. Man skal ikke have svage h\u00e5ndled n\u00e5r man sk\u00e6rer s\u00e5dan en f\u00e6tter, den er ret h\u00e5rd. Men hvis du har et mandolinjern kan det v\u00e6re en god hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Low carb lasagne, du skal bruge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 portion hjemmelavet marinade <a href=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/?p=3154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"(se opskriften her) (\u00e5bner i en ny fane)\">(se opskriften her)<\/a><\/li><li>1 butternutsquash<\/li><li>kokosolie<\/li><li>800 gr. hakket oksek\u00f8d<\/li><li>1 spsk. t\u00f8rret oregano<\/li><li>\u00bd tsk. salt<\/li><li>1\/4 tsk. peber<\/li><li>2 pakker ricotta ost<\/li><li>2 store \u00e6g<\/li><li>2 spsk. finthakket persille<\/li><li>1 h\u00e5ndfuld hakket frisk basilikum<\/li><li>4 dl. revet ost (riv din egen og slip for stivelse)<\/li><li>1 dl. revet parmesan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lav marinaden<\/li><li>Sk\u00e6r din butternut squash i tynde plader<\/li><li>Steg oksek\u00f8det i kokosolie til det har skiftet farve.<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t halvdelen af marinaden sammen med salt og peber<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld ricottaost sammen med \u00e6g og pisk godt.<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t persille og basilikum til ricottaosten<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld sidste halvdel af marinaden i et ovnfastfad (mit fad er 24 x 24 cm)<\/li><li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 180 grader varmluft<\/li><li>Fordel butternut squash i fadet s\u00e5 det d\u00e6kker bunden.<\/li><li>Fordel et lag oksek\u00f8d ovenp\u00e5<\/li><li>Fordel ricottaost oven p\u00e5<\/li><li>L\u00e6g nu igen et lag af butternut squash og oksek\u00f8d<\/li><li>Fordel den sidste ricottaost ovenp\u00e5 k\u00f8det.<\/li><li>Kom et lag mere p\u00e5 af butternut squash<\/li><li>Top med parmesan og revet ost<\/li><li>S\u00e6t fadet i ovnen, l\u00e6g s\u00f8lvpapir henover.<\/li><li>Giv retten 45 minutter og fjern s\u00e5 s\u00f8lvpapiret.<\/li><li>Giv retten yderligere 8-10 minutter<\/li><li>Lad retten k\u00f8le af i et kvarters tid og server.<\/li><li>Lasagnen kan holde sig i k\u00f8leskabet i op til 4 dage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lasagne uden mel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_9560-e1574490956337-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Lasagne\" class=\"wp-image-3217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_9560-e1574490956337-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_9560-e1574490956337-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption>Et l\u00e6kkert fad fyldt med low carb lasagne<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du f\u00e5r lyst til at lave en portion bechamel sauce og tils\u00e6tte retten skal du have et st\u00f8rre fad.
