Kender du det? Pludselig er det en forn\u00f8jelse at g\u00f8re rent p\u00e5 badev\u00e6relset, &#8211; og tr\u00e6nger st\u00f8vsugeren ikke ogs\u00e5 til at blive luftet? For det m\u00e5nedsbrev driller! Det er selve ops\u00e6tningen som jeg ikke kan f\u00e5 til at blive som jeg \u00f8nsker det. S\u00e5 hvis du sidder derude og l\u00e6ser med, og er en haj til Mailchimps programmer, s\u00e5 er jeg lutter \u00f8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overspringshandling nummer et blev at bage tiramisu muffins. Og jeg m\u00e5 allerede nu advare om, at de nemt kan blive til en d\u00e5rlig vane. Den frosting der.. mums! Den smager virkelig af tiramisu. Manner hvor kom jeg til at spise mange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KETO Comfort Foods<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Opskriften p\u00e5 tiramisu muffins er fra <a aria-label=\"Maria Emmerich (\u00e5bner i en ny fane)\" href=\"https:\/\/mariamindbodyhealth.com\/my-books\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maria Emmerich<\/a> bog KETO comfort foods. Og her hos mig f\u00e5r du den oversat til dansk. Jeg har lavet lidt \u00e6ndringer s\u00e5 den passer til os, men det er i sm\u00e5tings afdelingen. Kian og jeg havde lyst til at spise frostingen med ske, og slikke sk\u00e5len, men vi styrede os, og gemte det overskydende til at have ekstra, til hver enkelt frosting. Sjovt nok kom Bo hjem og smagte en og sagde at de da overhovedet ikke smager af tiramisu? Vi er s\u00e5 forskellige alle sammen, s\u00e5 n\u00e5r du laver din portion, s\u00e5 smag til, og find din favorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opskriften<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu skal du have opskriften. Jeg synes den er super nem. Selvf\u00f8lgelig kr\u00e6ver det at du har ingredienserne, men s\u00e5 er du ogs\u00e5 hurtig f\u00e6rdig. N\u00e5r jeg bruger f.eks. us\u00f8det kakao kan du sagtens bruge den fra supermarked hvis ikke du er liges\u00e5 sukkerforskr\u00e6kket som mig. Det samme g\u00e6lder for sukrin som kan erstattes af alm sukker, eller anden s\u00f8dning. Men kokosmel er ikke som den almindelig du kender fra supermarked. Der er du n\u00f8dt til at have fat i den rigtige. Jeg har set den i  de st\u00f8rre supermarkeder. Jeg bruger den<a aria-label=\" glutenfri (\u00e5bner i en ny fane)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.partner-ads.com\/dk\/klikbanner.php?partnerid=20199&amp;bannerid=24609&amp;htmlurl=https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/bagepulver-gl-fri-7904p.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> glutenfri<\/a> version<\/li><li>1\/4 tsk. salt<\/li><li>6 store \u00e6g<\/li><li>1 dl. smeltet sm\u00f8r (ikke for varm)<\/li><li>1 dl. st\u00e6rk kaffe<\/li><li>2 tsk. rom ekstrakt  <\/li><li>En muffin form til 12 stk.  og evt. papirforme.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frosting<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du skal bruge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pakke mascarponecreme<\/li><li>\u00bd dl. <a aria-label=\"sukrin melis (\u00e5bner i en ny fane)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.partner-ads.com\/dk\/klikbanner.php?partnerid=20199&amp;bannerid=24609&amp;htmlurl=https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/sukrin-flormelis-400gr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sukrin melis<\/a>, hvis du \u00f8nsker din frosting s\u00f8d<\/li><li>2-4 spsk. st\u00e6rk kaffe<\/li><li>1 tsk. rom ekstrakt.<\/li><li>Kakaopulver til at drysse over til sidst.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nu skal du i gang<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Smelt sm\u00f8rret.<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld alle de t\u00f8rre ingredienser sammen i en sk\u00e5l<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld alle de v\u00e5de ingredienser sammen i en anden sk\u00e5l og pisk godt<\/li><li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 180 grader varmluft.<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld nu, lidt af gangen, de v\u00e5de ingredienser over i de t\u00f8rre.<\/li><li>S\u00f8rg for at det bliver pisket godt sammen hver gang<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld nu dejen over i din muffinform. Du kan v\u00e6lge at sm\u00f8re formen eller komme papirforme i.<\/li><li>Ind i ovnen i 18-20 minutter afh\u00e6ngig af din ovn. Dine muffins er f\u00e6rdige n\u00e5r du kan stikke en tandstik i og den kommer ud uden dej p\u00e5.<\/li><li>Lad dine muffins k\u00f8le helt af.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Imens dine tiramisu muffins k\u00f8ler af laver du frostingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>H\u00e6ld alle ingredienser op i en sk\u00e5l, og r\u00f8r dem god sammen. Husk at smage til og find frem til din favorit.<\/li><li>N\u00e5r dine muffins er k\u00f8let af kan du pynte dem med den l\u00e6kre frosting. Giv dem et drys kakaopulver, det ser s\u00e5 p\u00e6nt ud.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiramisu muffins kan holde sig i op til en uge i k\u00f8leskabet.
