Det er en t\u00e6rte som vi har lavet i mange \u00e5r, men bunden \u00e6ndrede sig for 8 \u00e5r siden da jeg skiftede livsstil.F\u00f8rhen lavede jeg den p\u00e5 en helt almindelig t\u00e6rtebund, og det er ogs\u00e5 s\u00e5dan en jeg stadigv\u00e6k bruger n\u00e5r jeg laver t\u00e6rter til resten af familien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I torsdags lavede jeg t\u00e6rte med skinke og porre p\u00e5 almindelig bund og spinatt\u00e6rte p\u00e5 mandelbund. Der var gl\u00e6de hele vejen rundt om bordet. Jeg postede et billede af t\u00e6rten p\u00e5 de sociale medier, og der var flere der spurgte efter opskriften, s\u00e5 her kommer den\ud83d\ude0aMandelbund er efter opskrift fra bogen &#8216;br\u00f8d og kager&#8217; af Jane Faerber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spinatt\u00e6rte<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandelbund<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du skal bruge;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 dl. hjemmemalet mandelmel<\/li><li>1 spsk. loppefr\u00f8skaller<\/li><li>50 g. bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<\/li><li>1 \u00e6g<\/li><li>salt<\/li><li>sm\u00f8r til at sm\u00f8re formen med<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bland mandelmel med de \u00f8vrige ingredienser med h\u00e6nderne.<\/li><li>Sm\u00f8r en springform (omkring 22 cm.) med sm\u00f8r og tryk dejen godt ud i hele bunden og et godt stykke op af kanten<\/li><li>Prik nogle huller med en gaffel i bunden af dejen.<\/li><li>opvarm ovnen til 180 grader varmluft og bag t\u00e6rten i 10 minutter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e6rtefyld<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du skal bruge;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 1\/2 dl. piskefl\u00f8de<\/li><li>8-10 frosne spinatkugler<\/li><li>3-5 \u00e6g<\/li><li>50 g.\/ 1 pose pinjekerner, du kan evt. riste dem lidt p\u00e5 panden <\/li><li>ca. 125 g. fetaost <\/li><li>Salt og peber<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>H\u00e6ld de frosne spinatkugler i en kasserolle sammen med piskefl\u00f8den p\u00e5 medium varme. R\u00f8r det godt sammen.<\/li><li>Pisk \u00e6ggene sammen, tils\u00e6t salt og peber<\/li><li>Mos fetaost med en gaffel<\/li><li>Fyld bunden af din t\u00e6rte med fetaost<\/li><li>Bland \u00e6ggemassen sammen med spinat og fl\u00f8de og h\u00e6ld det ud over fetaosten.<\/li><li>Drys pinjekerner ud over og s\u00e6t t\u00e6rten i ovnen.<\/li><li>S\u00e6ttes i den forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 180 grader varmluft i 20-30 minutter. Ovne varmer forskelligt, s\u00e5 hold \u00f8je med din t\u00e6rte.<\/li><li>Serveres som den er eller med gr\u00f8n salat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tanker og handling<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e5r du og overvejer en livsstils\u00e6ndring? Har du en dr\u00f8m om at spise sundere, have stabilt blodsukker, sove bedre om natten, mere energi og at have et bedre velbefindende ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg kan hj\u00e6lpe dig. Der er ikke nogen l\u00f8ftet pegefinger, ikke nogen overdommer eller bebrejdelser, blot venlige og omsorgsfulde gode r\u00e5d og anvisninger til at skifte dine nuv\u00e6rende f\u00f8devarer ud med nogle som gavner dig bedre og som vil g\u00f8re dig gladere p\u00e5 langt sigt. At denne \u00e6ndring som ofte giver et v\u00e6gttab er en dejlig &#8216;bivirkning&#8217;\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit n\u00e6ste, og fjerde, online hold, <a href=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/?page_id=3712\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">starter den 4 januar<\/a>. N\u00e5r du v\u00e6lger en livsstilsoml\u00e6gning p\u00e5 et hold der har samme \u00f8nske som dig, forpligter du dig, b\u00e5de over for dem, men mest overfor dig selv om at &#8216;holde hvad du lover&#8217;. Mange mennesker trives rigtigt godt med at have et f\u00e6llesskab og at kunne dele erfaringer og f\u00e5 st\u00f8tte der. Sammenholde er fantastisk, og jeg oplever at mange f\u00e5r en opv\u00e5gning med hensyn til mad og hvordan den p\u00e5virker os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hold og g\u00f8r-det-selv<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Det meste af det jeg oplyser om p\u00e5 mine online forl\u00f8b kan du l\u00e6se dig til p\u00e5 det store internet. Der er blot den meget store forskel at du p\u00e5 et hold, eller i et <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/?page_id=4021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">privat forl\u00f8b<\/a>, er i personlig kontakt.
