For at undg\u00e5 panering med rasp og dermed gluten, brugte jeg fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r. Det fungerer udem\u00e6rket, de bliver spr\u00f8de og flotte at se p\u00e5. Jeg ved ikke lige med dig, men for mig har krebinetter altid v\u00e6ret kedelige. Det er de stadigv\u00e6k, og det er noget jeg laver yderst sj\u00e6ldent. Jeg synes du skal give den gas med dine yndlings krydderier i din fars, det vil pynte p\u00e5 den ellers kedelige smag. N\u00e5r du skal v\u00e6lge fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r er det vigtigt at du finder dem der er puffede, og luftige, og uden den store fedtkant, da de er nemmest at blende. (4 store eller 8 sm\u00e5)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du skal bruge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>600 g. hakket kalv og fl\u00e6sk<\/li><li>1 \u00e6g<\/li><li>Dit yndlingskrydderi<\/li><li>1 pose fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r \/ 100 g.<\/li><li>Salt og peber<\/li><li>Sm\u00f8r \/ kokosolie til at stege i.<\/li><li>1 \u00e6g til at vende krebinetterne i <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du g\u00f8r s\u00e5dan her<\/strong>\ud83d\udc47\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>H\u00e6ld fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r i din minihakker eller blender. Blend til de er som mel.<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld k\u00f8det i en sk\u00e5l og bland \u00e6g og krydderier i. R\u00f8r det godt sammen.<\/li><li>Form k\u00f8det med h\u00e6nderne til 4 lige store dele, eller 8 sm\u00e5.<\/li><li>Pisk et \u00e6g i en dyb tallerken<\/li><li>H\u00e6ld de hakkede fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r i en anden dyb tallerken.<\/li><li>Vend k\u00f8det f\u00f8rst i \u00e6g og dern\u00e6st i fl\u00e6skesv\u00e6r som du trykker godt ned i din krebinet.<\/li><li>Varm sm\u00f8r eller kokosolie p\u00e5 panden, og n\u00e5r den er godt varm l\u00e6gger du krebinetterne p\u00e5.<\/li><li>Steg dem p\u00e5 h\u00f8j varme og vend dem n\u00e5r de er gyldne og l\u00e6kre at se p\u00e5.<\/li><li>Serveres varme, evt. med frisk spidsk\u00e5l og 1 spsk. af Eriks bearnaise som jeg.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travl eller stresset?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg synes efterh\u00e5nden at stresset er et slidt ord. Det er et ord vi bruger om at have travlt, at f\u00f8le sig presset, og m\u00e5ske have lidt for meget at se til. Men der er forskel. Der er mennesker som reelt bliver ramt af stress, og de har de d\u00e6leme sv\u00e6rt, det er et sort hul at komme op af, og det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at se en ende p\u00e5 det. Jeg synes at vi skylder dem at l\u00e6re at kende forskel p\u00e5 at have travlt, og v\u00e6re stresset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg har travlt i \u00f8jeblikket. Det viser sig ved at jeg f\u00e5r sv\u00e6rt ved at tr\u00e6kke vejret dybt, jeg f\u00e5r hovedpine, bliver svimmel og f\u00e5r kvalme. Jeg sover mindre. Det er tegn om at jeg lige skal stoppe op. Tr\u00e6kke vejret. Kigge indad. Holde en pause. Jeg var ramt af stress for 15 \u00e5r siden.
