Det er alts\u00e5 bare nemt ! Jeg smed de f\u00e5 ingredienser ned i en lille sk\u00e5l i g\u00e5r aftes, det tog omkring 5 minutter, og satte det i k\u00f8leskabet. I morges tog jeg et par skefulde gr\u00e6sk yoghurt og lidt vaniliepulver og tilsatte det chiagr\u00f8den, &#8211; vupti og jeg havde mig en portion morgengr\u00f8d. Jeg synes det smager godt, og det er dejligt med lidt variation til mine typiske dage med omelet osv. I dag havde jeg et bl\u00f8dkogt \u00e6g ved siden af, bare for ekstra m\u00e6thed og fordi det smager godt.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg kan fort\u00e6lle at jeg kunne m\u00e6rke en lille snert af sult efter fire en halv time, og det er lidt us\u00e6dvanligt for mig, som ellers kan g\u00e5 fem til seks timer, f\u00f8r jeg f\u00f8ler sult. Det var nu ikke noget problem, at vente til frokost s\u00e5 jeg beh\u00f8vede ikke at ty til min &#8221; in case of emergency&#8221; skuffe med mandler. \u00a0Der var en tanke som slog mig da jeg m\u00e6rkede &#8220;sult&#8221; og det var hvor l\u00e6nge siden det er jeg sidst har v\u00e6ret rigtig sulten. Alts\u00e5 I ved,-den der form for sult hvor man er ligeglad med hvad man spiser, det skal bare g\u00e5 st\u00e6rkt ! Den sult hvor man kan spise ostepops og chokolade i en stor mundfuld, bare for at f\u00e5 noget ned i en hulens fart. Det er blodsukkerfald der batter. Det fortalte mig, nok en gang, at jeg er p\u00e5 rette kurs med denne livsstil. Det m\u00e5 da betyde en hel del hvordan kroppen reagere p\u00e5 de forskellige madvarer. Min krop er ihvertfald ikke lykkelig med br\u00f8d og div andre hurtigvirkende kulhydrater.<\/p>\n<p>LCHF er vejen frem for mig. Hvad med dig ? Er du bange for fedt ? Spiser du det rigtige fedt ? Hvor lang tid g\u00e5r der imellem at du bliver sulten ?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5 anyway, her f\u00e5r du et billede af min morgenmad i dag.
