Det er en af de nemmeste opskrifter at starte dagen med hvis man har bestemt sig for pandeklatter. Jeg synes det er lidt misvisende at kalde dem for pandekager da det leder tankerne hen p\u00e5 barndommens pandekager som var fyldt med mel og sukker og fyldte hele stegepanden. Disse hytteost pandeklatter bliver lagt p\u00e5 panden, cirka 4 stk af gangen, og s\u00e5 skal de ligge i et godt stykke tid f\u00f8r man kan vende dem. \u00a0S\u00e5 v\u00e6r t\u00e5lmodig !<\/p>\n<p>De best\u00e5r af hytteost hvor du har blendet de \u00e6kle klumper ud. S\u00e5 er der HUSK, 4 \u00e6g,kardemomme (eller vanilie hvis du foretr\u00e6kker det) samt lidt revet citronskal i. Det er da nemt ? Lad dejen st\u00e5 at tr\u00e6kke lidt inden du kommer dem p\u00e5 panden, p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de bliver dejen tykkere og de er nemmere at placere p\u00e5 stegepanden. Dejen vil st\u00e5 og bliver tykkere og tykkere pga HUSK som jo suger alt v\u00e6sken, men det g\u00f8r bare klatterne nemmere at forme p\u00e6ne og runde og lidt tykkere fordi dejen ikke flyder ud.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg har blendet hindb\u00e6r som jeg har r\u00f8rt op med pisket fl\u00f8de, men hvis du foretr\u00e6kker jordb\u00e6r eller bromb\u00e6r kan du jo bruge dem. Super nemt og hurtigt. Til fyld havde vi lavet hakket oksek\u00f8d med hvidl\u00f8g, den gr\u00f8nne del af for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g, peberfrugt (b\u00e5de r\u00f8d og orange), gulerod og en hulens masse krydderier med en smag af mexico. Det vil sige at vi brugte koriander, spidskommen, cayennepeber, og chili. Jeg havde r\u00f8rt en \u00e6ggemasse op med \u00e6g, cremefraice, og revet ost som jeg h\u00e6ldte over k\u00f8det da det var lagt oven p\u00e5 min melfri bund. Dette er en ret man vender tilbage til gang p\u00e5 gang. Det er altid en succes og dine g\u00e6ster sp\u00f8rger efter opskiften. Du kan finde opskriften i madbandittens f\u00f8rste bog &#8220;spis dig m\u00e6t og glad&#8221;. Jeg kan godt garantere dig for at der er smagsgaranti !
