Dette br\u00f8d er s\u00e5 lavt p\u00e5 kulhydrater at man, selvom man lever striks LCHF, kan spise det. Det smager godt, b\u00e5de n\u00e5r det er helt friskbagt, og n\u00e5r man nogen dage efter \u00f8nsker at riste det. Der er ikke noget der kommer op p\u00e5 siden af det br\u00f8d man k\u00f8ber hos bageren, men jeg vil mene at dette kommer fint med, og jeg vil ikke bytte.
