Jeg har lavet 5 stk s\u00e5 jeg har en til hver dag i ugen. Det er dejligt ikke at skulle t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 frokost hver dag. \u00a0Madpakken i morgen kommer til at best\u00e5 af en frokostvaffel med laksesalat, agurk, tomat og r\u00f8d peber. \u00a0Jeg er vild med at lave vafler fordi de er s\u00e5 nemme og det g\u00e5r ret st\u00e6rkt. Du kan jo komme i hvad du vil, efter smag og behag. Jeg t\u00e6nker selv p\u00e5 at fors\u00f8ge mig med fennikel n\u00e6ste gang eller squash som giver en god og svampet fylde.<\/p>\n<p>Til mine vafler i dag har jeg brugt :<\/p>\n<p>Pofiber\u00a0(kartoffelfibre),piskefl\u00f8de, salt, hytteost, broccoli, basilikum, persille og 4 \u00e6g. Ret f\u00e5 ingredienser synes jeg. Madbanditten har ogs\u00e5 en ligende version, hun har bare brugt andre gr\u00f8ntsager end mig. Derefter\u00a0skal du blende hytteost med \u00e6ggene og salt, hvorefter du kommer gr\u00f8ntsagerne i. Til sidst tils\u00e6tter du pofiber. Lad dejen st\u00e5 og blive lidt tykkere imens du varmer vaffeljernet op. Jeg kan f\u00e5 5 vafler ud af min portion, men m\u00e5ske kommer det an p\u00e5 hvilket vaffeljern du har.
