Men pyt, det blev faktisk ret godt. Da jeg gik hjemmefra i morges tog jeg bacon ud af fryseren, eller det troede jeg ihvertfald. Da jeg kom hjem s\u00e5 jeg at det var hakket kyllingek\u00f8d \ud83d\ude48\ud83d\ude04 Well well, jeg lagde de sm\u00e5 gr\u00e5 i bl\u00f8d, og t\u00e6nkte p\u00e5 en t\u00e6rte fyldt med gr\u00f8ntsager. (Salt&amp;peber)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Jeg kan, lidt stolt, fort\u00e6lle at persille, broccoli, for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g og porrer er fra min egen have\/h\u00f8jbed \ud83d\udc4f\ud83c\udffc<\/p>\n<p>Jeg besluttede mig for en t\u00e6rte hvor bunden var lavet af kylling. \u00a0Jeg har set et billede af det et sted, men kan simpelhent ikke huske hvor \ud83d\ude4a s\u00e5 jeg gik bare i gang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Til farsen brugte jeg f\u00f8lgende :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 gr.hakket kyllingek\u00f8d<\/p>\n<p>En h\u00e5ndfuld persille (fint hakket)<\/p>\n<p>5 sm\u00e5 for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g (sk\u00e5ret i sm\u00e5 strimler)<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e6g<\/p>\n<p>1spsk. pofiber (du kan v\u00e6lge alm hvedemel hvis ikke du lever LCHF som mig)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk salt og frisk peber<\/p>\n<p>Jeg fandt min t\u00e6rteform frem som jeg smurte med olivenolie. S\u00e5 r\u00f8rte jeg farsen sammen og lagde den i t\u00e6rteformen. Jeg glattede den ud s\u00e5 meget jeg kunne med grydeskeen og brugte h\u00e6nderne til sidst s\u00e5 jeg kunne f\u00e5 en kant p\u00e5. \u00a0Bunden skal have 15 min. I en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 180.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Find nu dine andre ingredienser frem :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1pk. hvide champignon<\/p>\n<p>1 porre (jeg brugte kun den gr\u00f8nne del)<\/p>\n<p>Et lille hoved broccoli<\/p>\n<p>4-6 spinatkugler<\/p>\n<p>200 gr. revet ost<\/p>\n<p>Fremgangsm\u00e5de ;<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r nu dine champignon i fire dele og brun dem p\u00e5 panden.<\/p>\n<p>Tag dine frosne spinatkugler og l\u00e6g dem i en gryde med 1\/2 dl fl\u00f8de, indtil de er t\u00f8et op.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r dine porrer i fine skiver.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r stokken af din broccoli s\u00e5 du har sm\u00e5 buketter<\/p>\n<p>Til \u00e6ggemassen skal du bruge ;<\/p>\n<p>5 \u00e6g<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 dl. fl\u00f8de<\/p>\n<p>Salt og peber<\/p>\n<p>Nu skal du r\u00f8re de 5 \u00e6g sammen ned fl\u00f8den, samt salt og peber.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r bunden er bagt f\u00e6rdig i ovnen tager du den ud og kommer de brunede champignon ovenp\u00e5 efterfulgt af porrer og den opt\u00f8et spinat. H\u00e6ld nu \u00e6ggemassen henover og fordel de sm\u00e5 broccolibuketter.
