Jeg v\u00e5gnede klokken 8.30 og gik i gang med at rydde op efter nattens fest. Ikke sulten, ingen hovedpine, men tr\u00e6t og laaangsom. To kopper kaffe, to store glas vand og i gang med at s\u00e6tte vasket\u00f8j over og t\u00f8mme opvaskemaskinen, s\u00e5 den kan blive fyldt op igen med endnu flere glas og div.<\/p>\n<p>Halvanden time efter begynder sulten at melde sig og jeg t\u00e6nker over hvad jeg har lyst til at lave. Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let er vel egentlig, om jeg skal lave det jeg har lyst til, eller om jeg skal fork\u00e6le min krop med det den har brug for ? \u00a0Jeg ender med at lave en omelet med gr\u00f8ntsager, og steger bacon ved siden af. (steger og steger&#8230; de er lavet i ovnen ). Jeg tror at gr\u00f8ntsager vil g\u00f8re mig godt, og jeg er altid lang tid m\u00e6t n\u00e5r jeg spiser \u00e6g. S\u00e5 det er en god kombi.<\/p>\n<p>Min omelet er inspireret af den madbanditten lavede forleden. Men her f\u00e5r du min version<\/p>\n<p><b>Omelet med\u00a0gr\u00f8ntsager<\/b><\/p>\n<p>5 \u00e6g<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk fl\u00f8de<\/p>\n<p>En lille klat sm\u00f8r til stegepanden<\/p>\n<p>Et drys r\u00f8get paprika<\/p>\n<p>En lille h\u00e5ndfuld frosne broccoli buketter<\/p>\n<p>En lille gulerod, groft revet p\u00e5 rivejernet.<\/p>\n<p>En h\u00e5ndfuld persille, pluk dem i sm\u00e5 blomster<\/p>\n<p>6 sm\u00e5 coctail tomater, sk\u00e5ret midt over<\/p>\n<p>En kvart r\u00f8d peber, sk\u00e5ret i sm\u00e5 firkanter<\/p>\n<p>Nogen enkelte l\u00f8gringe (jeg brugte r\u00f8dl\u00f8g), sk\u00e5ret i halve cirkler<\/p>\n<p>En til to skiver brie, sk\u00e5ret i sm\u00e5 stykker<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_858\" style=\"width: 910px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-858\" class=\"wp-image-858 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image5-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"udvalgte gr\u00f8ntsager\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image5-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image5-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-858\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">udvalgte gr\u00f8ntsager<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b>Fremgangsm\u00e5de :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vask og rens dine gr\u00f8ntsager og g\u00f8r dem klar.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk dine \u00e6g og kom piskefl\u00f8de i.<\/p>\n<p>Smelt lidt sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 panden og drys r\u00f8get paprika p\u00e5. Lad det syde et lille \u00f8jeblik.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e6ld nu \u00e6ggemassen p\u00e5 panden og lad det st\u00e5 i 2-3 minutter uden at r\u00f8re ved det.<\/p>\n<p>Nu skal du drysse dine gr\u00f8ntsager over og fordele dem ligeligt. Slut af med brien.<\/p>\n<p>Lad det hele st\u00e5 og simre p\u00e5 svag varme i 20 min. Du kan lige l\u00f8fte lidt i omeletten indimellem. Hvis du har et l\u00e5g s\u00e5 l\u00e6g det henover.
