Jeg kan nemlig i forvejen godt v\u00e6re udfordret, n\u00e5r jeg laver de &#8220;s\u00e6dvanlige&#8221; madpandekager, hvor dejen hurtig bliver meget tyk og sv\u00e6r at glatte ud p\u00e5 panden (det lykkes dog altid).<\/p>\n<p>Det viste sig at v\u00e6re det samme med denne portion. Den f\u00f8rste madpandekage fordelte sig rigtig p\u00e6nt p\u00e5 hele panden, men allerede ved den n\u00e6ste var dejen tyk. Hmm. jeg kom lidt ekstra fl\u00f8de i og s\u00e5 glattede jeg ellers dej klatten ud p\u00e5 panden, som jeg plejer. Man skal tr\u00e6kke klumpen ud og samtidig v\u00e6re forsigtig da det ikke er hensigtsm\u00e6ssigt med huller i pandekagen. Det kr\u00e6ver lidt snilde og t\u00e5lmodighed. Til geng\u00e6ld synes jeg det er arbejdet v\u00e6rd ! Jeg havde madpandekager til min frokost hele ugen, og de er s\u00e5 dejlig lette i smagen at du kan tils\u00e6tte lige det fyld du \u00f8nsker. Og de m\u00e6tter. Meget.<\/p>\n<p><b>Du skal bruge<\/b>\u00a0 (r\u00e6kker til ca.5-6 stk.):<\/p>\n<p>200 gr. hytteost 4,5%<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e6g<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 spsk HUSK<strong>* (kan med fordel udskiftes med pofiber)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 spsk Chiafr\u00f8<\/p>\n<p>1 dl. piskefl\u00f8de (eller kokosm\u00e6lk)<\/p>\n<p>Salt og peber<\/p>\n<p>1-2 spsk oregano\/timian\/basilikum eller andre af dine yndlings<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong>Erstat gerne HUSK med Pofiber, det har jeg lige gjort i en dobbelt portion i dag, og dejen bliver ikke tyk eller umedg\u00f8rlig ! win win.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_898\" style=\"width: 778px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-898\" class=\"wp-image-898 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image15-e1444381080631-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"Madpandekager\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image15-e1444381080631-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image15-e1444381080631-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-898\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Madpandekager<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Blend hytteost og \u00e6g sammen s\u00e5 klumperne er v\u00e6k og tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 HUSK, chiafr\u00f8 og piskefl\u00f8de. Det vil nok v\u00e6re smart at starte med kun at komme 1\/2 dl fl\u00f8de i og s\u00e5 den sidste halve efter f\u00f8rste eller anden madpandekage. Du vil ikke v\u00e6re i tvivl n\u00e5r du ser hvor hurtigt dejen biver tyk. Vend pandekagerne i sm\u00f8r eller kokosolie (uden smag). Giv dig god tid til at arbejde med dem. Det l\u00f8nner sig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jeg fyldte min f\u00f8rste madpandekage med salat, agurk, tomat, peberfrugt og laks, og lagde det hele p\u00e5 den ene halvdel af pandekagen. P\u00e5 den anden halvdel smurte jeg min dip p\u00e5, som var lavet af Hellmanns mayo, der var r\u00f8rt op med cayennepeber og r\u00f8get paprika. Arhmen alts\u00e5 ! det smagte bare S\u00c5 godt. Og jeg var m\u00e6t i 6 timer. Ingen sukkertrang, overhovedet.
