Det er bare noget af det f\u00f8rste drengene sp\u00f8rger om n\u00e5r de kommer hjem, og nok ogs\u00e5 noget af det sidste jeg tit t\u00e6nker p\u00e5 sent om aftenen. Det er bare sv\u00e6rt, indimellem, af finde p\u00e5. Vi vil jo helst have lidt forskelligt, en god og varieret kost. Det bedste er n\u00e5r jeg laver min ugeplan, s\u00e5 bliver jeg s\u00e5 glad for mig selv \ud83d\ude09 \u00a0Det er s\u00e5 sk\u00f8nt at jeg kan hive ud af k\u00f8leskabet hver dag n\u00e5r jeg har ordnet st\u00f8rstedelen af indk\u00f8bene om s\u00f8ndagen. Meeen d\u00e8t er l\u00e6nge siden jeg sidst har gjort det. Det skyldes naturligvis min ret d\u00e5rlige periode som jeg heldigvis er p\u00e5 vej ud af nu. Men nu, i dag, i dette skrivende \u00f8jeblik, planl\u00e6gger jeg de n\u00e6ste 6 dage ! Hva siger du s\u00e5 ? Hop endelig med p\u00e5 vognen hvis du er lige s\u00e5 fantasiforladt som mig. Det vil gl\u00e6de mig hvis jeg kan inspirere dig \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6rsgo :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tirsdag<\/strong>; kyllingefilet med spiralquice (opskrift l\u00e6ngere nede)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onsdag<\/strong> : Ovnbagt laks med r\u00f8d chili og ingef\u00e6r<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torsdag<\/strong> : Hotdog (ja det skal g\u00e5 st\u00e6rkt for jeg skal shoppe julegaver)<\/p>\n<p><strong>fredag<\/strong>: stegt fl\u00e6sk og en dejlig fed persillesovs<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00f8rdag<\/strong>: Kylling i r\u00f8d karry med ris<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00f8ndag:<\/strong> Mexi pandekager med okse\/kyllingk\u00f8d<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5dan ! \u00a0Hvor sv\u00e6rt kan det v\u00e6re ? \u00f8hhh ret sv\u00e6rt&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Du skal bare tils\u00e6tte de krydderier du allerbedst kan lide, og ikke kun dem som du vil se mig bruge. Jeg har jo 7 uger foran mig med meget f\u00e5 krydderier (bare indtil jeg f\u00e5r styr p\u00e5 maven).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kyllingefilet med spiralquice<\/strong>, er bare kylling stegt p\u00e5 panden, i sm\u00f8r ! og spiralquice er en hel masse \u00e6g der er pisket sammen med forskellige gr\u00f8ntsager. Min er lavet med hokaidogr\u00e6skar, squash og s\u00f8de kartofler. Jeg har en opskrift p\u00e5 den her :\u00a0http:\/\/familiefristelser.dk\/?s=spiralquiche<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ovnbagt laks<\/strong> er 4-500 gr. fersk laks som jeg laver i ovnen. Du skal komme laksen i et ovnfast fad og krydre dem med salt og peber. De skal have 20 min. p\u00e5 160*. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Imens de er i ovnen tager du et lille stykke ingef\u00e6r og river det fint. Smelt 100 gr* sm\u00f8r i en gryde og tils\u00e6t din ingef\u00e6r og to tsk st\u00f8dt chili. N\u00e5r du tager laksen ud af ovnen h\u00e6lder du din sm\u00f8r henover. Du kan spise gr\u00f8n salat til, tomatsalat, eller kartofler. Du v\u00e6lger din favorit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotdog\u00a0<\/strong>siger nok sig selv. Jeg laver br\u00f8d uden mel og f\u00f8lger faktisk en opskrift fra madbanditten som jeg synes er god. Den er fra bogen &#8220;spis dig m\u00e6t og glad&#8221; og s\u00e5 laver jeg min egen remoulade, mest fordi jeg synes den smager bedst og den er hurtig at lave..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stegt fl\u00e6sk\u00a0<\/strong>wauw det er altid l\u00e6kkert ! Ind i ovnen med det, det bliver l\u00e6kkert spr\u00f8dt og imens kan du koncentrere dig om sovs og kartofler<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kylling i r\u00f8d karry<\/strong>, her f\u00f8lger jeg en opskrift fra en thailandsk kogebog. Den smager herrel\u00e6kkert.
