Smeltet sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n<p>250 gr. (<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">hjemme)revet ost<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl. Pofiber<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 d. HUSK<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk chiafr\u00f8<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl. H\u00f8rfr\u00f8<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk bagepulver<\/p>\n<p>Birkes og solsikkefr\u00f8 til at toppe med<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pisk dine \u00e6g sammen og tils\u00e6t det smeltede sm\u00f8r og den revne ost. R\u00f8r det godt sammen og put pofiber, HUSK, chiafr\u00f8, h\u00f8rfr\u00f8 og bagepulver i.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Find en bradepande frem og d\u00e6k den med bagepapir, og h\u00e6ld nu hele massen p\u00e5 og fordel den godt med en dejskraber. N\u00e5r den er p\u00e6n og lige tyk over del hele skal du toppe den med birkes og solsikkefr\u00f8. S\u00c5DAN !<\/p>\n<p>Nu ind i ovnen p\u00e5 175 grader i 20 minuttter.
